Working draft: highlighted passages must be completed or legally validated before final publication.

This page explains what personal information FalconProspect collects when you join the waitlist, why, how long it is kept, and how to exercise your rights. FalconProspect is in early access: public sign-ups are closed and accounts are opened in waves.

1. Who is responsible for your data?

FalconProspect is published under the FalconDev brand by Aicha, founder. Data controller: To complete or validate : legal identity of the controller (name, or company name and legal form) to be completed.

Contact for any question about your data: To complete or validate : adresse e-mail de contact à renseigner.

2. What data do we collect?

When you fill in the waitlist form, we record:

  • your full name;
  • your email address;
  • your activity (independent / freelancer, or agency / small business);
  • the plan you would like (Free, Pro or Undecided): a simple indication of your interest, which is neither a subscription nor a commitment to pay;
  • the language of the page (French or English), the date of your request and its status (pending, approved or declined);
  • an irreversible fingerprint (“hash”) of your IP address, used only to limit abusive submissions: the IP address itself is not stored.

When your request is handled, we also record the identifier of the authorised account that handled it and the date, and, where we find it useful, an internal follow-up note (for example “contact again after launch”). Internal notes are never sent to you and can only be read by accounts authorised to manage the waitlist. For requests made before the “preferred plan” field existed, the plan is shown as “not provided”.

3. Why? (purposes)

  • to record and handle your early-access request for FalconProspect;
  • to know which plan interests you, in order to prepare offers and the order in which access opens;
  • to contact you about your access opening;
  • to protect the form against abuse (repeated submissions, bots).

We do not use this data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we make no automated decision about you: each request is reviewed by hand. Marking a request as approved does not create an account, does not activate any plan and does not send any automatic message.

4. On what basis?

Your voluntary request: you submit the form yourself in order to be contacted. To complete or validate : Legal basis and wording of consent to be validated legally (Law No. 09-08 in Morocco; GDPR if people in the European Union are concerned).

5. Who can see this data?

Only an expressly authorised platform owner account can view the waitlist. Access is checked by the database itself, not only by the interface.

We use two technical providers that process data on our behalf: Vercel (site hosting) and Supabase (database). To complete or validate : Any other providers, exact server location and data processing agreements to be verified.

6. Transfers outside Morocco

Depending on where our providers' servers are located, your data may be stored outside Morocco. To complete or validate : Actual hosting region and applicable CNDP formalities to be validated.

7. For how long?

Your request is kept while the waitlist is active, until your access opens or until you ask for deletion. For now, deletion is done on request by email. To complete or validate : Maximum retention period to be set and validated.

8. Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, or object to its processing, by writing to To complete or validate : adresse e-mail de contact à renseigner. We may ask you to confirm your identity from the email address you used. To complete or validate : Response time to be stated; additional rights (restriction, portability) if the GDPR applies.

You may also contact the Moroccan data protection authority, the Commission nationale de contrôle de la protection des données à caractère personnel (CNDP). To complete or validate : Prior declaration or authorisation of the processing with the CNDP to be checked.

9. Cookies and trackers

Public pages use no advertising tracker and no audience-measurement tool. A technical session cookie is set only when an existing user signs in to their workspace; it is required for sign-in to work.

10. Security

Traffic to the site is encrypted (HTTPS). Waitlist requests are not accessible to the public or to ordinary application users, only to the authorised account above. No system is infallible, however, so we cannot promise absolute security.

11. Changes

This policy may change, notably when accounts open. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
